submit a support ticketYou can login to pnouns.fyi without providing your email or using an OAuth login (e.g. "Login via Google"), but there are a few steps.

1. Join the Discord Server

Our server is setup so new users should not be easily visible to others - this should reduce the risk of people sending messages to you in case a troll has gotten into the server.

To enable this protection, you will not have access to any channels in this server by default:

2. Find the Bot DM

All new users should be sent a DM from our Discord bot as soon as you join the server.

If you did not get this DM, our bot may be acting up.  You can try leaving and rejoining the Discord server to see if the bot will send you another message, or you may need to wait for the bot to be online again.  Please submit a support ticket if you are having any issues.

3. Click "Get Login Link" in the Bot Message

Click the blue primary button "Get Login Link".

The bot will reply with a login link.  Ensure that the user messaging you has the blue "Bot" identifier, and has the pnouns.fyi Discord server as a mutual server.

Click the link (or the "Login to pnouns.fyi" button) to be automatically logged in.

You can get 3 login links in a 5 minute period - if you request more than 3 in 5 minutes, you will need to wait a few minutes.

If you logout, you can always click "Get Login Link" again.

Joining the Discord Server

If you would like to join the Discord server, you can click "Join Server".  This will bring you to a verification channel, where you can create a ticket to answer our verification questions.

Please note that once you are in the verification channel, other members being verified can also see your profile, and potentially message you depending on your settings.

You will not be DM'd by a member of our staff.  The verification ticket you create will be a safe channel for staff to communicate with you.
